Hard roller – for supple muscles and fascia
Description

With the BLACKROLL®, you can release muscular tensions in no time at all. Get to know the most important exercises.

You will hardly find any successful athletes today who don’t have a BLACKROLL® in their luggage when they travel to their training camp or competitions. The hard roller has become a loyal companion and helps to release muscular tension all over the body, which tends to arise through unilateral strains in everyday life or sports-related exertions.

With the following exercises you can release the most common tensions, prevent injuries, and accelerate your regeneration after intensive training units.

Use the BLACKROLL® every other day or even six times a week if you are suffering severe pain. You should only roll in one direction from the insertion to the origin of the muscle and at a slow pace: 1 cm per 2 seconds.
