Posterior chain

Objective
The posterior muscle chain, which is weakened through sitting, should be specifically strengthened to prevent imbalances.
Technique
Raise your pelvis until there is a straight line between the knees and shoulders. Make sure that your head is an extension of the upper body and your fingertips point towards your heels.
Focus
This activates the posterior muscle chain, particularly the hamstrings, buttocks, and lower back.
